Instrument Description:

Automated instrument designed to detect the flash point of a sample in order to satisfy ASTM D93 standard for all 3 types of methods: A, B and C. Apparatus: flash sensor, glass PT100, electric and gas ignition system, atmospheric pressure sensor with ±0.1Kpa measurement precision, temperature rise precision of 0.3°C to satisfy methods maximum deviation range for temperature rise of 0.5°C, RTOS (real time operating system) with S.D.M. software application, network conection with the posibility to remote control the instrument using VNC or Easy Access (to remote control it outside of local network register the instrument and connect it to www.ihmi.net), 2xUSB ports host+client, serial RS232 port (optional), long life electric igniter with intensity adjust, printer support(USB with PCL support, network printer/backup server, serial printer(optional)), custom method, ramp and setpoint test procedure, two points linearity and calibration system, temperature measuring error 0.01% for full scale span, automatic compensation up to 20Ohm/wire, diagnostic, maintenance and control of all automation parts, 7'' TFT touch screen display with 800x480 screen resolution. Dual scale with °C and °F of choice, optionals: certified PT100, PT100 calibrator and simulator, test with certified reference material. The instrument supports also many type of USB devices such as USB hubs, keyboars, mouse, SD card readers, barcode USB scaner for tested product recipient or product ID(require software update and it's optional). Friendly and easy to use application. Predefined ASTM D93 A, B anc C procedure along with ISO 2719 A and B procedure. Maximum 10 usable and editable test presets. Smart sense of flash point using ionisation ring as positive or negative charge when flash point occurs (no ground required). Safe use and diagnostics of the components and sensors. 500.000 guarantee test results and events.
